I am writing about a Place that cant miss the eye when u visit Panjim. That is The Our lady of the Immaculate Conception church it is also known as Panjim Church . It is located in the heart of the city and u just cant miss it when u pass through/visit Panjim. It is one of the oldest church of Goa.

The church is set into the hill side and is approached by a series of steps. once u reach the top to the church u can get a spectacular view of the entire church square. You can relax by sitting on the benches on the either sides of the church and enjoy the view.
The church is painted in a simple white and it looks incredible.If u get a chance to glimpse the church at night the church looks beautiful all lit up.The interior of the church is simple but elegant. The church had three alters and the main alter is dedicated to Mary.
The Best time to visit the church is during the month of December(specially on 8th and 25th of the month) when the church is wonderfully lit up.On the 8th stalls are set up on the streets below the church of various kinds.
